Raw Almond Mylk & Chocolate Maca Mylk

Basic Almond Mylk:
1 cup Almonds (soaked over night)

3 cups Spring Water, or Coconut Water

1 tablespoon Agave Syrup
 (or squirt of stevia)

½ tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract

Pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt / Celtic Sea Salt

Drain and rinse the almonds. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend for one minute, or until the mixture turns milky white. Strain using a fine sieve or nut milk bag. Enjoy! Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also use other nuts, such as macadamia, hazelnut, cashew etc..


Chocolate Maca Mylk:

Add to strained Almond ‘Milk’ as above
:
2 tablespoon raw Cacao Powder

½ tablespoon Maca Powder

1 tablespoon Agave Syrup

Blend together well and serve. Creates a delicious mocha- malty- maca chocolate milk, thats kids and adults alike will love. Alo benefiting from the extra minerals, nutrients and hormone balncing effects of the wonderful superfoods maca and cacao. If you are sensitive to stimulants, then don’t have this at bed time!
