Learn the secrets of making healthy, gluten free, vegan, naturally sweetened cakes, desserts, crackers, pasta’s, pizza’s, salads and sauces. Learn the art of Raw food preparation, & how to make your own Raw chocolates, superfood smoothies and fresh juices.

Raw Chocolate Workshops:

Spend a blissful afternoon with naturopathic nutritionists Rhiannon and Rebecca making healthy treats to gift to friends and family.

This workshop will provide you with all the ingredients and know how to make nutrient packed, plant based energy balls and raw chocolates.

The workshop will include hands on demonstrations with goodies & recipes to take away.

Fresh Juices & Smoothies

Learn the basics of fresh juicing and creating smoothies. A simple yet powerful shift to make towards health & vitality. We will cover basic recipes and how to get creative with your own ingredients when at home.

Just this simple act of adding in a juice or smoothie everyday with super-charge your nutrient and enzyme intake and improve your health dramatically.

We will cover fresh fruit & vegetable juices, green smoothies, low glycaemic fruit options and some easy superfood add-ons. The workshop will include lots of samples, a fresh juice and a smoothie, plus recipe handouts & information packs including lists of recommended juicers & blenders.

7 Simple Superfoods

Learn about the 7 simple superfoods listed here on my website. The basics to get you started on your super healthy lifestyle.

The workshop will cover some basic and delicious recipes such as;

– Goji Berry & Chia Porridge

We will include lots of tasters and different examples and ways of implementing these simple superfoods into your daily routine, for long lasting health benefits. Raw Foods Intro Course

Learn the power of Raw & Living foods and how they can boost your energy levels & uplift your health & wellbeing. We will cover some fun and exciting gourmet raw foods recipes to add some sparkle to your diet. The workshop will cover recipes such as:

– Courgetti Spaghetti

– Basil & Brazil nut Pesto

– Cashew ‘Cheese’

– Kale Chips

– Raw Chocolate bounty Cake

The workshop will include tasters and a 3 course gourmet raw food meal, as well as recipe handouts and a chance to purchase the different superfoods covered in the course. There will also be the option to sign up to the continuing raw foods advanced course.

Raw Foods Advanced Course

Expand on your raw food recipe knowledge, in this advanced class, we will cover some more in-depth recipes, such as fermented vegetables and the power of probiotic foods. We will cover dehydrated recipes & add in more Superfoods. We will cover recipes such as:

– Raw Pizza

– Raw Flax Crackers

– Cashew aioli dip

– Fermented Veggies

– Coconut Milk Kefir

– Raw Raspberry ‘Chesecake”

– Superfood Hot Chocolate

The workshop will include tasters and a 3 course gourmet raw food meal, as well as recipe handouts and a chance to purchase the different superfoods coverd in the course.

Raw Chocolate & Superfood Mocktails

This is a great workshop which can double as a party or social event. Are you are tired of serving the same old party snacks and alcoholic beverages when entertaining friends or family?

If you have a group (big or small), who would be interested in learning some healthy and delicious party treats and drinks, then this is a great way to learn some new recipes and have lots of fun along the way. Lots of tasters of stimulating, feel-good foods & drinks to give you a natural high without the hangover! We will cover recipes such as:

– Raw chocolate & gojji berry bliss

– Superfood chocolates

– Maca- mocha milkshake

– Green Goddess juice

– Ginger-Zinger beer

Fermented Probiotic foods & drinks:

Learn how to make fermented sparkling probiotic drinks of your own including kombucha & kefir. As well as learning how to make fermented vegetables like saukraut & kimchi.

These foods are fantastic ways of getting extra beneficial bacteria & probiotics into your system as well as extra antioxidants & vitamins. Really easy to make when you know how, these ancient traditional recipes are believed to be good for healing gut issues and digestive disorders.

Learn the art of traditional sourdough baking, but completely gluten free!!
