Naturopathic Nutrition

Naturopathic Nutrition is a natural & holistic approach to nutritional wellbeing, using food as medicine & working with the seasons, moon cycles and the fundamental principle that we are all unique and continuously changing in our dietary and nutritional needs.

I offer stand alone Nutrition consultations, or combined with Kinesiology in my integrated therapies approach, which is often more powerful at getting to the root cause, as it involves a more thorough holistic technique.

My personal health journey began when I was 18 years old and developed IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Since then I have been fascinated with natural nutrition and developing healthy, nourishing recipes that taste delicious.

I felt inspired to share the joys and delights of healthy eating, & the delicious tried and tested recipes that I have created over the years with others.

We also offer creative, fun and practical workshops, teaching children and adults how to make delicious healthy foods for themselves. Offered in one to one & group settings.

Specialising in nutrient rich recipes and catering for a whole range of dietary requirements and preferences, such as gluten free, vegan, sugar free, paleo, low carb. Please contact me to discuss individually tailored workshops.

I experimented with many different detox regimes, raw food diets, juice fasting, the vegan diet, the paleo diet, excessive amounts of money spent on supplements & herbs from many different respected companies & practitioners.

The most powerful and effective path to health that I found was in gluten free, dairy free & sugar free whole foods and Superfoods. These had the most impact on improving my health and emotional well being.

I found these foods gave me the energy and clarity I needed to move forward with my life. Over time, my digestion improved and my energy levels increased, I felt revitalised and renewed on this diet. I also noticed a difference in my mental and emotional outlook, feeling more happy and peaceful.

After so often feeling deprived of choices when eating out with friends and family- where my dietary preferences were not catered for, I began to empathise with others who share dietary restrictions and choices like mine.

I endeavoured to create delicious recipes that tasted like “the real thing” & I discovered that the REAL ‘real thing’ straight from natures table, tastes better than anything else, with many hidden health benefits!.…
