SOULbeing holistics is a Holistic Therapy centre based in Ystradgynlais, Swansea Valley, Wales. We offer a range of spa treatments and holistic therapies, including; Reiki, Reflexology, Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, Indian & Holistic facials, Kinesiology, accupressure & Naturopathic Nutrition.

We also run fortnightly Reiki sound meditations & mum & baby soundbaths at The Temple of light, Ystradgynlais & quarterly mini retreats for the seasonal changes.

We use natural beauty products including Elemis & Neals Yard Remedies, we also stock a few products including Caudalie, Clarins, Tisserand and others. Also we have a range of handmade Aromatherapy products, such as essential oil blends, candles, bath bombs, aromatherapy soaps, crystals, incense, smudge sticks, and gifts.

We also offer workshops & Classes, such as Reiki soundbath meditations, Soul Journeying meditations using sound therapy, shamanic drumming, reiki & oracle cards, plus mini-retreats & aromatherapy workshops.
